Shipping and Returns

Australian orders

We offer free Standard Shipping and free Express Shipping on orders over $100 ($5.99 otherwise) for all orders delivered within Australia.

Confirmation of orders will be sent upon dispatch to the order email address.

Stock is subject to availability. We will insure to notify the customer within 2-3 working days if an ordered item is not in stock. The customer will then be given the option of proceeding with or cancelling the order. 

Delivery from dispatch:

Standard postage within Australia 2-5 business days (trackable online)
Express postage within Australia 1-3 business days (trackable online)

Delivery times are estimates only and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.

International orders 

Finch Swim uses Australia Post for all international orders and with rates calculated automatically by destination.

Please note that in some countries import duties may apply, these duties will vary from country to country. Import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 Delivery from dispatch:

Standard postage internationally 6+ business days (trackable online)
Express postage internationally 2-4 business days within metro areas (trackable online)

Finch Swim is committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. 

Sale merchandise can only be returned for exchange or online store credit within 14 days of receipt, except in the case of fault where a refund may be issued at our discretion.

All items returned for refund or exchange must meet the following requirements;

  • be in the original condition with tags attached,
  • all items are unworn and free from marks, stains and rips,
  • all hygiene stickers are in place.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return. Exception may be made where the item being returned is faulty.

To prevent damage and in the interest of hygiene; please ensure all garments are tried on over underwear.

Returns Process

1. Download and complete the Return/Exchange form here. Make sure you complete all fields to ensure there are no delays. We are more than happy to exchange for another size, colour or item, subject to availability. We recommend confirming if your exchange items are in stock by checking our website to make sure your size is available.

2. Pack all items with your form in secure packaging including your completed returns form.

3. Visit your local Post Office and send to the provided address. For peace of mind, please keep a record of the tracking number as Finch Swim is not liable for lost return parcels.


4. Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect and process within 5 business days to ensure you receive your return/exchange as quickly as possible. To keep you up to date, we will send you an email confirming your return or exchange, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Finch Swim.

Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact Finch Swim directly before following the simple steps of a normal return as shown above.
