We offer Standard Shipping at $9.99 and Express Shipping at $14.99 for all orders delivered within Australia.

Finch Swim is committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however at this time we only accept returns for faulty items. If you change your mind about an item purchased on www.finchswimwear.com, you may contact us, however returns are at our discretion.
Sale merchandise is always final sale.
Items marked final sale may not be returned for exchange, store credit or refund.
All items returned must meet the following requirements;
- Be in the original condition with tags attached,
- All items are unworn and free from marks, stains and rips,
- All hygiene stickers are in place.
- Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return. Exception may be made where the item being returned is faulty.

To prevent damage and in the interest of hygiene; please ensure all garments are tried on over underwear.
1. Download and complete the Return/Exchange form here. Make sure you complete all fields, including emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a returns number, to ensure there are no delays.
2. Pack all items with your form in secure packaging including your completed returns form.
3. Visit your local Post Office and send to the provided address. For peace of mind, please keep a record of the tracking number as Finch Swim is not liable for lost return parcels.
4. Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect and process within 5 business days to ensure you receive your return/exchange as quickly as possible. To keep you up to date, we will send you an email confirming your return or exchange, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Finch Swim.
